Wound & Diabetic Foot Care Clinic

Platte Valley Medical Center brings an integrated approach to diabetic foot care and the treatment of complex lower-leg wounds.

Partnering with a full spectrum of experienced practitioners — from vascular and infectious disease specialists, to Wound Care Certified (WCC) nurses, to nutritionists and physical therapists — Platte Valley Medical Center brings a team approach to treating patients with diabetic foot issues, as well as patients with slow-to-heal or non-healing leg and foot wounds.

At our Complex Wound & Diabetic Foot Care Clinic, we conduct regular exams, show patients how to practice optimal self-care, and keep them informed about new developments in treatment options. We strive to ensure that diabetic and lower-leg wound patients can get the answers they need and access the best treatment available, including:
