Our Admissions Department is responsible for scheduling, pre-registering and registering patients, verifying insurance data, conducting financial counseling, estimating charges, and collecting patient co pays, deductibles and coinsurance at the time of service. Admissions is your first stop to accessing PVMC services. Our goal is to ensure superior customer service, while making sure we have gathered all the correct information regarding your needs and billing information.
Admissions is open 7 days a week 24 hours a day. You may also call our pre-admissions line at 303-498-3000. If no one is available, please leave your name, phone number and procedure. A representative will return your call. To pre-register for services at Platte Valley Medical Center, please download the following form and fax it to our Central Admissions Private Fax Line at (303) 498-1515 or bring it with you to your appointment. Please also bring your insurance card and photo ID with you.
