Through cardio exercise, caring support, and education, our rehabilitation team provides services to promote safe physical activity and the knowledge necessary to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
The goal for Cardiac Rehabilitation is to provide patients with tools to promote healthy lifestyle changes and reduce risk factors through improved nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, and management of blood pressure, weight, diabetes, lipids, medication, and psychosocial well being.
In Pulmonary Rehabilitation, our goal is to reduce symptoms of shortness of breath and fatigue, increase knowledge of pulmonary disease, enhance exercise tolerance, reduce anxiety and depression, and improve overall quality of life.
